RealTalk is a series on my blog that showcases the mental health stories of many bad-ass women. Some of these individuals are friends, family, co-workers, or fellow bloggers that I have met a long the way. Each individual shares their story anonymously, in the hopes that it can empower and uplift you. You are NEVER alone. Seek help and support if you need it, there are a lot of people in this world that want YOU in it.
Toggle over the RealTalk menu arrow to read some of these stories.
Also, I encourage you all to check in with loved ones, those peers you have not heard from in a while, or that neighbor you hardly see come out of their house. Someone could have the most bubbly personality and always wear a smile on their face, but be going through the most unimaginable battle. Would you leave a broken arm untreated? Obviously not. Mental health should be handled no different. Please be kind to one another.
